Just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican!
My stay was a total disappointment. The room was filthy, with hair in the shower and a clogged drain. The air vent was held up with masking tape, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, the owner was rude and unprofessional, making it a nightmare!

Just stayed for 2 nights in the Beautiful Triple Room. Super comfy beds and smart home tech everywhere! Andrea gave us great local food tips, and we loved the pastries he packed for our early leave. Only downside, street noise can be a bit much at night.

Everything was fantastic! The owners, Andrea and Georgia, were helpful. Andrea gave great tips on places to eat and see. My room was cleaned daily, and John served breakfast right in my room. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican! 😍

The location is wonderfully close to the Vatican, and
the hosts, Andrea and Giorgia, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with excellent recommendations. We enjoyed our simple yet satisfying breakfasts prepared by John each morning. However, I did find the room a bit on the smaller side for our family.

i almost was going to leave a good review, but i just couldn’t, having to wait for cutlery after breakfast is beyond absurd. and getting sick from an obviously unwell staff member while enjoying my time here? priceless. extremely disappointing that i didn’t even get a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief hiatus
Comfortable room, attentive staff, near transportation options made my stay truly enjoyable. I appreciated the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast served each morning, allowing me to start my day off right.
Don't have any issues at all.

This was a good pick for a weekend rest in Rome with value for money. The bed in my room was super comfy and helped me recharge for all the walking around. Bring earplugs to block out street noise at night.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Vatican and conveniently near the Lepanto Metro station. We enjoyed daily breakfasts prepared by the staff and found the area safe with plenty of dining options at our doorstep.
Street noise from outside could be a bit disruptive at night.
